Chess Overview
Chess tournaments in SportEve allow you to organize competitive chess matches with proper bracket management and standings tracking.
Chess Scoring
Recording Results
For each chess match, record the result:
- Win: Player 1 wins
- Loss: Player 1 loses
- Draw: Match ends in a draw
Points System
Points are awarded as follows:
- Win: 1 point
- Loss: 0 points
- Draw: 0.5 points
Chess Standings
View tournament standings in the Standings tab:
- Players ranked by total points
- Matches played, wins, losses, draws
- Total points
- Standings automatically update after each match
