Search Functionality
Searching Articles
Search for articles and content in SportEve:
- Tap the search icon (usually in the top bar)
- Enter your search query
- View search results as you type
- Tap on a result to open the article
Search Filters
Refine your search results:
- Filter by sport type
- Filter by date range
- Filter by article type
- Sort results by relevance or date
Search Results
Search results show:
- Article titles matching your query
- Preview text with highlighted search terms
- Article metadata (date, views, etc.)
- Relevance indicators
Bookmarks
Accessing Bookmarks
View your saved articles:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Bookmarks
- Or access from the search/bookmarks screen
- View all your bookmarked articles
- Articles are organized by date (newest first)
Managing Bookmarks
You can:
- Remove articles from bookmarks
- Organize saved content
- Access bookmarked articles offline (if cached)
- Share bookmarked articles
Bookmarking Articles
To bookmark an article:
- Open an article
- Tap the bookmark icon
- The article is saved to your bookmarks
- Tap again to remove from bookmarks
💡 Tip: Use bookmarks to save articles you want to read later or reference. This is especially useful for tournament schedules, athlete profiles, and important news.
